Part-Time Office Assistant
Job Description
- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Manage email correspondence and electronic files
- Provide information on client services upon request
- Schedule clinical sessions and meetings
- Manage calendars involving multiple parties
- Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
- Handle sensitive clinical and legal information with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism
- Connect people in crisis with appropriate care providers
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior administrative, office, or legal support experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear sentence structure, appropriate punctuation, professional tone, and tact in client and provider communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and comfortable with basic office technology and electronic record systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospital or clinical office administration
Education
- High school or equivalent (Required)
